Nick Quinn is a Senior Vice President at Equity CRE, specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation across the Greater Philadelphia region, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning commercial real estate brokerage, retail advisory, and hospitality operations, Nick brings a relationship-driven and strategic approach to every assignment. His diverse background provides a strong understanding of both real estate fundamentals and the operational factors that drive successful retail locations, allowing him to guide clients toward well-informed, long-term decisions.
Over the years, Nick has represented a diverse portfolio of national, regional, and emerging brands, including Yum Brands, McDonald’s, Insomnia Cookies, KinderCare Learning Centers, Ivybrook Academy, Scooter’s Coffee, Duck Donuts, Jamba Juice, Moe’s Southwest Grill, MOD Pizza, Citi Trends, DXL, IHG Hotels, Bayada Home Health, The Escape Game, Love & Honey Fried Chicken, and many others. He also led master brokerage efforts for Insomnia Cookies as part of their initial West Coast expansion.
In addition to tenant representation, Nick partners with institutional and local ownership groups on leasing strategy and execution, including assignments with PREIT at Plymouth Meeting Mall and Tanger Outlets in Atlantic City, along with numerous local and regional developers and landlords.
Nick has extensive experience across both urban and suburban retail environments and has played a key role in multi-market rollout strategies for growing brands. He is known for combining market insight, strong industry relationships, and a practical understanding of real estate execution to deliver results for both tenants and landlords.
Prior to joining Equity CRE, Nick spent 11 years at CBRE advising clients on expansion strategy, site selection, and lease negotiations. Earlier in his career, he worked in hospitality consulting and operations, including time in New York City and Philadelphia with leading restaurant groups Starr Restaurant Organization and B.R. Guest Hospitality, where he developed a strong foundation in operations, site evaluation, and growth strategy.
Nick is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and is a licensed real estate professional in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
