Gary Meese specializes in Industrial & Logistics sales and tenant representation. Gary joins Equity CRE with previous commercial real estate investment, acquisitions, development, asset management, sales and leasing experience and has been directly involved with over 100 closed sales transactions, property acquisitions and dispositions with RFR, Eastern Consolidated, RKF and Newmark in New York City.
With experience working in markets across the country, Gary works with owner-occupiers, operators, investors and developers in port and inland industrial markets in Pennsylvania and along the East Coast’s I-95 corridor.
Gary’s role as General Partner and operator of industrial outdoor storage IOS property based in suburban Philadelphia brings principal level, buy-side experience to his industrial practice at Equity CRE. Additionally as advisor, Gary has worked with family office and private investors with buy-side due diligence, investment & market analysis, acquisitions, dispositions and operations. Additionally, Gary has published research, analysis and writing on his Industrial Consolidated Substack.
Gary graduated with a B.A. in Geography from West Virginia University and M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University Schack Institute.
