Jake Doyle is a dedicated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate agent with a strong focus on Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and Investment Sales. He holds a degree in Business Management from West Chester University, which laid the foundation for his successful career in real estate.
Jake began his career in 2019 as a Business Development Intern with Precision Realty Group, later becoming a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Tri State Commercial Precision. His strong work ethic and leadership skills quickly promoted him, becoming Managing Director at TriState. In 2025, Jake transitioned to Equity CRE as a Vice President with a focus on retail, where he continues to expand his portfolio and expertise.
Over the years, Jake has worked with a wide range of tenants, including Omega Flex, Inc., Delaware Valley Regional Center LLC, West Chester Cooperative, AR Workshop, Batteries Plus, AFC Urgent Care, Sherwin-Williams, Red Roof Inn, MD Hyperbaric, Hair Cuttery, Produce Junction, Teriyaki Madness, Santucci's Pizza, Midas, Curry Pizza House, Hammellmann Corporation, Cricket Wireless, Good Girls Bakery, and Cha Time.
He has also built strong relationships with major landlords, such as Berger Communities, TAG Builders, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, Lyons Capital, Edgewater Group, Wright Partners, MACK Real Estate Group, IMC Construction, Haverford Square Properties, and Westrum Development Company.
In addition to his professional achievements, Jake is an active board member of the Chester County Industrial Investment Council (CII), as well as a member of the BCA and ICSC, where he contributes to the development of the local commercial real estate community.
