Equity CRE Facilitates Successful Sale of Clementon Retail Center

Plymouth Meeting, PA, March, 2026 – Equity CRE is pleased to announce the successful sale of a ±20,490 square foot retail shopping center located at 168 White Horse Pike in Clementon, New Jersey.

Equity CRE’s Ken McEvoy and Robert Samtmann were initially engaged to market the property for sale. During the marketing process, the team identified an opportunity to enhance the property’s value by stabilizing the asset prior to disposition. A vacant inline space within the center was successfully leased, strengthening the property’s income profile and increasing the net operating income to a level more attractive to investors.

With the improved tenancy and income stability in place, the property was brought to market and successfully sold during the first week of March to a local ownership group. The transaction represented a positive outcome for both the Seller and the Buyer, demonstrating the value of a strategic leasing and disposition approach.

The Buyer was represented by Tammy Rattacasa of Arrow Real Estate Services. Throughout the transaction, Tammy Rattacasa and Ken McEvoy worked collaboratively to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for all parties involved. The property is a recently constructed neighborhood shopping center anchored by Dollar Tree and La Plazita Supermarket, situated on a prominent corner along White Horse Pike with strong surrounding residential density and traffic exposure.
