Costco reported an 8.5% year over year sales increase and net sales of nearly $21 billion for the month of July. And for the first 48 weeks of the company’s fiscal year, net sales are up 8.1% to $248.35 billion. Costco’s ecommerce sales have risen by 14.9% during the same time period.
In addition, the warehouse retailer announced in June that stores would open at 9:00am for executive members. Costco opens at 10:00am for all other members.
