David Laiter is a member of the Investment Sales Team at Equity CRE (formerly Equity Retail Brokers), where he specializes in the sale of single-tenant net lease (STNL) properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His focus is primarily on assets in the bank and restaurant sectors, working closely with private investors, developers, and institutional clients to facilitate strategic acquisitions and dispositions.
Over the course of his career with Equity CRE, he has been involved in the underwriting, marketing, and sale of over 70 investment transactions totaling over $100,000,000 in deal volume.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Temple University, where he was also a walk-on for the varsity football team—an experience that helped shape his work ethic and collaborative approach.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, David is an active member of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School’s JV and varsity football coaching staff. David has been a committed volunteer with the Jewish Relief Agency (JRA) of Greater Philadelphia since 2006. He also regularly attends the AIPAC National Policy Conference in Washington, D.C., demonstrating his engagement with civic and community causes.
David is a licensed real estate agent in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
