Plymouth Meeting, PA, April 21, 2017 – Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty and Rich Zeller of Equity CRE recently represented Starbucks in leasing 2,028 square feet of a two-tenant building with a drive-thru in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania.
Starbucks relocated in the market to take advantage of both directions of traffic on Bethlehem Pike (Route 309) and North Wales Road. The site was a Citibank before it was divided into a two-tenant building. Starbucks occupies the side facing the intersection and uses the former bank’s drive-through on the rear of the property.
Equity CRE currently represents Starbucks in southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and northern Delaware.
