Conshohocken, PA, July 14, 2015 – Rob Samtmann of Equity CRE represented Red Robin and Pet Valu in leasing two retail spaces at Valley Gate, a new mixed-use, Walmart anchored development in Warrington, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Red Robin and Pet Valu join Walmart, GNC, Hair Cuttery, Buffalo Wild Wings, Vision Works, and McDonald’s. Red Robin’s 6,500 square-foot location is now open at Valley Gate, 281 Easton Road, Warrington, PA; Pet Valu is now open at Valley Gate, 211 Easton Road, Warrington, PA.
Walmart is currently under construction at Valley Gate. In addition, Hampton Inn & Suites will join the project and townhomes will be located on the south and east side of the site.
