Plymouth Meeting, PA, July 5, 2017 – Rob Samtmann of Equity CRE recently represented Party City in leasing 10,463 SF at Union Lake Crossing, a grocery-anchored power center located in Millville, New Jersey.
Samtmann and Equity CRE negotiated on behalf of Party City to relocate within the same center and increase the store size. The new, larger space allowed Party City to build their prototype store with an open ceiling design and current displays. Co-tenants in the center include Target, Kohl’s, Shop Rite, Ross, Sleepy’s, Staples, PetSmart, and Pier 1 Imports.
Party City and its affiliated companies design, manufacture, contract for manufacture and distribute party goods, including paper and plastic tableware, metallic and latex balloons, Halloween and other costumes, accessories, novelties, gifts and stationery throughout the world.
