David Laiter and Bart Delfiner represented Wells Fargo in this transaction, disposing of one of their closed branches in Bucks County. The Purchaser is a local businessman and investor in the Morrisville/Yardley area and has plans to redevelop the building.
Over the term of the listing, David and Bart overcame numerous hurdles with the property. Despite these challenges, they maximized their connections and marketing platforms and were able to procure a buyer with a quick close during the heat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
