The anchors are Rite Aid and Save-A-Lot. Other tenants include BB & T Bank, BP Gas with Dunkin Donuts and Empire Beauty School.
The seller was a New York based privately-held investment and development company. The buyer is a local owner of commercial real estate from Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania.
