Conshohocken, PA, April 4, 2016 – David Goodman of Equity CRE recently represented Audubon Land Development Corp. in leasing retail space to Pet Valu at Oaks Shopping Center in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The 2,806 square foot store opened in late February.
Pet Valu joins a broad range of tenants at Oaks Shopping Center; Goodman also represented the landlord in leasing to AT&T, Supercuts, GNC, Schuylkill Valley Sports, Anytime Fitness, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Hand & Stone Massage and Spa, and several others.
