Plymouth Meeting, PA, September 20, 2016 – George Wisnoski of Equity CRE recently represented East Ridge Development in the sale of 3.45 acres of ground located at 5707 Easton Road in Plumsteadville, Bucks County, PA. North Star Auto Sales formerly occupied the property.
East Ridge Development will construct a new Rite Aid Retail building with a drive-thru at the Easton Road location. Rite Aid plans to relocate an existing store from a neighboring shopping center to the new freestanding location. Rite Aid plans to open its doors for the Spring of 2017.
With approximately 4,600 stores in 31 states and the District of Columbia, Rite Aid is the largest drugstore chain on the East Coast and the third-largest in the United States, employing roughly 89,000 associates.
