Plymouth Meeting, PA – George Wisnoski of Equity CRE recently represented Wilmington Savings Fund Society, a Delaware based banking corporation, in the sale of a 4,000 square foot commercial building located in Lawnside, Camden County, New Jersey.

The freestanding building is located adjacent to the Lawnside Commons Shopping Center at the intersection of Browning Road and White Horse Pike.  National area retailers include the Home Depot, PetSmart, ShopRite, Lowe’s, AutoZone, Dunkin’ Donuts, Wendy’s and Wawa.

The property was formerly used as a bar/restaurant but will now be converted into one or two retail uses by the new owner. The Lawnside shopping district is located at the intersection of White Horse Pike and Route I-295 and features a mix of office uses, flex-industrial facilities and retail spaces that make it an appealing destination for the surrounding communities.
