Conshohocken, PA, June 18, 2013 – Equity CRE agents David Goodman and Rob Samtmann represented One Liberty Properties in executing seven lease transactions resulting in a fully leased Lakeview Shopping Centre in Royersford, PA.
Five new tenants joined the grocery-anchored retail center and two tenants renewed, completing the leasing for the 190,465-square-foot shopping center. The most recent addition to the center was YoGo Factory, which opened its fifth Pennsylvania location a few weeks ago. Kim’s Lakeview Cleaners and Papa John’s opened earlier this year, and Tre Nail Bar and AT&T signed leases in 2011 and 2012, respectfully. Supercuts and Physicians Weight Control renewed their leases last year.
Shopping center anchors include Giant, Kohl’s and Marshalls, and KFC/Taco Bell and TD Bank are on pads adjacent to Township Line Road.
