Conshohocken, PA, April 18, 2016 – Equity CRE is pleased to announce that agent Anthony “Tony” Curcio has joined our Investment Sales Team. Tony will specialize in the buying and selling of shopping centers in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.
Tony brings more than three decades of commercial real estate experience to Equity Retail Brokers. Prior to joining Equity Retail Brokers, Tony focused on leasing, management and reselling shopping centers and freestanding retail properties as President of Brentwood Management Corporation.
At Brentwood, Tony worked on retailproperties ranging from 1,500 to 250,000 square feet, with an emphasis on redeveloping older, existing centers throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Prior to Brentwood, Tony was Associate Director of the Retail Division at Insignia/ESG Jackson Cross in Philadelphia.
