Plymouth Meeting, PA, January 16, 2017 – David Goodman and Ed Ginn of Equity CRE recently represented Beneficial Bank in the sale of a three-story inline building located at 1833 East Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The 2,895 +/- square foot Commercial/Residential building featured a Conestoga Bank branch on the first floor until its closure in May 2016. The building has apartments on the second and third floors and a garage in the rear of the property.
This is the fourth property in the last three years that Goodman and Ginn have sold for Beneficial Bank.
