Plymouth Meeting, PA, August 16, 2017 – David Goodman of Equity CRE recently executed four leases at Cedar Hill Shopping Center on Route 73 in Voorhees, Camden County, New Jersey.
Goodman represented the landlord in leasing four retail spaces at the shopping center, a 387,000 square foot power center anchored by Lowes and BJ’s Wholesale Club, featuring AC Moore, Starbucks, PNC, Vitamin Shoppe and others.
Earthwise Pet Supply, represented by Equity CRE’ Rich Zeller, leased 1,800 square feet. The UPS Store, represented by David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development, leased 1,200 square feet; Orange Theory Fitness leased 2,686 square feet; and Orange Cryo Wellness, represented by Mike Spampinato of Entourage Elite Real Estate, leased 1,178 square feet.
Orange Theory Fitness, Earthwise Pet Supply, and the UPS store are now open, and Orange Cryo Wellness will open soon.
