Equity CRE Agents Close Sale of 7,020 SF Freestanding Building

Conshohocken, PA, January 15, 2013 – Eric Kuhn and Edward Ginn, agents of Equity CRE, recently completed the sale of a freestanding building in Bristol, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Kuhn and Ginn represented the seller, a national real estate investment firm with over 700 NNN assets, and transacted the sale at 90% of the asking price.

Equity CRE aggressively marketed the property and was successful in identifying a buyer for the 7,000+/- square foot vacant Sleepy’s Mattress located at 2664 Route 13. Detailed due diligence requirements were also coordinated through Equity CRE. The freestanding building is located directly across from a Walmart anchored center, Payless Shoes, Fashion Bug, STS Tire & Auto, Pizza Hut and McDonald’s.
