The subject property is a successful redevelopment of a 2.2± acre site on Route 1. A local automotive dealer selected this site for a freestanding Ford Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, and as a result, there was an opportunity to add a complementary retail pad. Equity CRE was retained by ownership to provide leasing services and secured Mattress Warehouse as a tenant, resulting in a fully occupied property.
