Conshohocken, PA, April 7, 2014 – Equity CRE agents Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty and Rich Zeller recently represented Starbucks in leasing a 2,370 square foot freestanding building with a drive-thru located on the heavily traveled Route 42 in Turnersville, New Jersey.
The surrounding retail includes Wendy’s, Chic-fil-A, Denny’s and McDonalds. Starbucks opened its doors at the Turnersville location in March, 2014.
