Laiter and Delfiner represented Feter Inc. in the sale of this village-styled neighborhood shopping center. The Village Mart Shopping center consists of small-shop leasable units with tenants directing their business to the surrounding residences. Some notable tenants include the State Representative Tom Briggs’ office, Vito’s Pizza, SRS Bazaar, and Chang’s Martial Arts.
