Career Summary:
William "Ted" Klumb joined Equity Commercial Real Estate in July of 2006. He has over 25 years of Senior Corporate management and sales experience with companies such as Rexnord and McGraw-Hill.
Prior to joining Equity he founded and was CEO of Alliance Technology Service, Inc., an intellectual property brokerage firm that serviced clients such as General Dynamics, Miller Brewing, and Alliant Energy.
Mr. Klumb also represented the Kingdom of Spain and the Baden-Wurttemberg Agency in Germany, sourcing merger and economic development acquisition projects ranging up to $25 million. He also established U.S. offices and locations for several foreign companies.
Mr. Klumb's firm worked with utilities and environmental consulting firms conducting research and due diligence of Brownfield redevelopment opportunities in the Midwest. His firm also conducted extensive discrete site selection work for a number of co-generation power plants.
Education:
Ted attended Lakeland University in Sheboygan, and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1982.
